Our students and coaches did an AWESOME job today in the Ottawa Private Schools’ Basketball Tournament! Against stiff competition our boys team showed great enthusiasm, grit and determination, a strong competitive nature and they played with heart! Most importantly they represented Merrick Preparatory School with outstanding sports-personship, showing leadership, respect, camaraderie and the fun of the game with their opponents – skills that will serve them well in life. We are very proud of them, and all of our students, as we support them in pursuing their dreams in the classroom and on the court. Our next tournament is on December 16 – and we can’t wait!
